In support with the Institution’s AFLEX learning approach, this service is implemented and used to connect and continuously interact with library users to help them with their information needs this pandemic. The library delegated personnel named as Online Learning Library Assistant (OLLA) to answer questions from students and faculty via messenger, email, or video chat.
Process
1. The library user can contact OLLA and send queries through ChmscFTLibrary Facebook page or ft.library@chmsc.edu.ph email address.
2. OLLA will acknowledge and respond to your queries within the day.
