Ms. Ruvy M. Tuble conducted a two (2) day orientation and training to the newlyhired student assistant for the first semester, A.Y. 2013-2014 last June 3-4, 2013. Jennelyn Colmedora and Giddeoan Sullivan were equipped of the library
functions, policies and procedures; SA duties and responsibilities; and their privileges as student assistants. Ms. Tuble trained them how to manage and use the Library System, shelf books properly, collating, stamping, labeling, pasting of book pockets, and covering. She also taught them how to file card catalog in an alphabetical order.
