This study aimed to assess the perceived level of service quality and the level of satisfaction on student accounts and cashiering service of a university in Bacolod City. The participants were the 200 students who are enrolled during the Academic Year 2018-2019 and 200 participants of guardians. This study employed descriptive-relational research design using a combination of self-made and modified SERVQUAL questionnairre. This was conducted from June 2018 to February 2019. The data were analyzed using frequency count, percentage distribution, rated mean T-test, Pearson r and analysis of variance (ANOVA). Findings revealed that the percieved level of participants on student account service both parents and students was high. Among five SERQUALdimension namely tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy, the participants rated assurance and responsiveness as the highest and reliability as the lowest. The level of satisfaction of the participants on the student account services was somewhat satisfied for both student and parent/guardian participants. With the five dimension’s student and parents/guardian participant rated the assurance and tangibleas the highest attribute of the student accounts division, while reliability, empathy and responsiveness rated as the lowest. As to the percieved level of the participants on cashiering service both were high. Among the five dimensions’ students rated the assurance as the highest while reliability as the lowest. As to the parent/guardian participants rated the tangibles as the highest while empathy and responsiveness as the lowest. The level of satisfaction on cashiering service both student and parents/guardian was somewhat satisfied. Both participants rated assurance as the highest attribute of the cashiering division, and students rated the reliability as the lowest while parents/guardian rated the empathy as the lowest.

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of training and development to employees performance. It utilized descriptive correlational design using the quantitative approach to gather the needed information of the study. The participant were bank personnel of three branches of Security Bank in Bacolod City. The formulated self-made instrument gathered literature from books, journal and internet surfing. Findings revealed the following; the profile of participants were composed of personnel in their younger years, they were mostly females, hold rank and files position and is receiving lower income bracket, have rendered service in shorter years and have attended seminars provided by the company. The level of effectiveness of training and development when grouped as whole and when taken as individual, organizational, functional and social areas obtained the high level interpretation. The rating of supervisors to their employees in the area of knowledge in job, abilities and skill, functional, and social also resulted to high level interpratatio. There was significant relationship that exist between training and development and employees’ performance. A training plan was formulated as intended output of the study.

Pantawin Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4P’s) in its thrust of empowering the vulnerable and marginalized, conduct the family development session (FDS) as a mechanism to strengthen the capacities of beneficiaries, particularly the parents to become more responsive to the needs if their families and children. This study aimed to determine the level of seriousness on the issues and concerns encountered by the beneficiaries on selected FDS moduls. A descriptive research was used. The researcher used a self made- questionnaire and conducted survey randomly to the actual participants. Stratified ramdom sampling method was used I gathering data last January 2019. Two hundred sixty three of the total population was taken as participants of the study from Baranggay Banago, Taculing, and Tangub of Bacolod City. The researcher conducted actual interview and focus group discussions with the recipients to personally gather their issues and concerns.
Results of the study showed that benificiaries has moderately serious issue on time management; savings, food and nutrition, and spiritual life of the famliy; highly serious issue on financial management; less serious issue on stress management; and not serious on violence in the home and vices. Knowledge application due to availability of resources was among the prevailing concerns of the recipient. There was no significant difference on the level of seriousness on issues according to participant’s age and number of children. Majority of the recipients were female. Most of the beneficiaries engaged in income generating activities as their source of livelihood. The issues encountered by the beneficiaries on select FDS modules was moderately serious.
