Every year, the Talisay, Alijis, Bacolod (Fortune Towne), and Binalbagan Employee Association (TABBEA) of CHMSC conducts a benchmarking activity of visiting other academic institutions of the country. Such educational trip are geared towards gaining knowledge and experiences to be used by each employee as powerful tools for building better plans to improve their local functions and respective duties.
This year, the group went to the cities of Baguio, Vigan, and Laoag. The full-packed three day scheduled trip was satisfying, hence everyone was able to unwind and enjoy the beautiful sceneries filled with historic information given by the tour guides. The onsite visit in Benguet State University in La Trinidad, Benguet and University of Northern Philippines in Vigan, Ilocus Sur provides knowledge of the best practices and good processes that could inspire service quality and productivity. The experience was broaden by the insights given and it will serve as vehicle to service improvement and development.
